There is a little Tin Hau Temple on north side of Lamma Island. This is dedicated to the Goddess of Sea, who is protector of fisherman and is now believed to bring good luck to everyone coming to worship. On the eve of the Year of Sheep, people on the island came to pray for a prosperous and peaceful year.
